Ali Hayes
Co-Founder

Ali Hayes is a growth strategist and disability-sector advisor with 20+ years of experience across medical devices, assistive tech, software, and nonprofit innovation. She’s built clinical and commercial partnerships, guided early-stage companies to market, and helped generate $33M in revenue through pediatric mobility solutions that reached over 1,000 children.
Ali also brings lived experience as the full-time caregiver to her son, Kawai, who lives with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and complex medical needs. Her approach blends commercial rigor with deep caregiver insight – helping organizations build better disability solutions with fewer blind spots, stronger clinical alignment, and deeper community trust.
Rachel O’Hagan is a strategic growth leader and disability-sector advisor with deep experience across education, nonprofit leadership, adaptive sport, accessibility advocacy, and impact-driven ventures. She’s spent over a decade building programs, partnerships, and funding pathways that turn complex needs into scalable, real-world access.
Rachel also brings lived experience as the parent of a child with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), grounding her work in the realities of family life, access barriers, and long-term sustainability. Her approach blends strategic insight with deep empathy – helping organizations design inclusive growth strategies that honor the lived experience of their customers and scale without losing humanity.
